ASUS officially introduced the latest motherboards designed to create powerful desktop computers and gaming systems based on the AMD Ryzen 3/5/7 2000 (Pinnacle Ridge) AM4.
The family includes models ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi), ROG Strix X470-F Gaming, ROG Strix X470-I Gaming, Prime X470-PRO and TUF X470-PLUS Gaming. All of them are executed on a set of system logic AMD X470.
Model ROG Strix X470-I Gaming corresponds to the size of the Mini-ITX, while the rest of the novelties are made in the form factor ATX. Supports working with DDR4 memory, the maximum amount of which can be 32 GB from the Mini-ITX and 64 GB of other solutions.
All new products allow the use of solid-state modules M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 / SATA, as well as traditional drives with the interface Serial ATA 3.0 (up to six ports).
The equipment of motherboards includes the network controller Gigabit Ethernet. Models ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi) and ROG Strix X470-I Gaming are additionally equipped with wireless adapters 2×2 Wi-Fi MU-MIMO 802.11a / b / g / n / ac (2.4 / 5 GHz) and Bluetooth v4 .x.
The boards have USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports and at least one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot. The full list of technical characteristics is given in the table below:
